So, today I've been relaxing pretty much the whole day… Even though I have like, a trillion things to do haha. But well, couldn't help but falling asleep in front of my computer in school, not nice at all given the thoughts “YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING THIS. YOU SHOULD WORKWORKWORKWOOOORK!!!” going on and off in your head meanwhile trying to sleep. Haha!
Also today I read something interesting;
I have really, really bad skin, especially concentrated on my jawline and chin. This is something I struggle with everyday to get rid of- because who wants to have bad skin? I certainly don't! Some of my relatives (cousins) also has this problem and taken care of it the medical way; eating pills. But, I am not especially keen to those things (don't like the scary side-effects) so I'm trying to get rid of the problem in a more natural way. Today i read a small article about bad skin and what to do about it. there it stood that bad skin can be a side effect of having a stressed life and also is a result of having your hands in your face. In other words; if you often have your hands in your face -leaning on them, rubbing your face etc- you automatically massages in dirt which travels into the pores and causes bad skin. <--- I have my hands in my face pretty much all the time, leaning on them, rubbing my chin when thinking and so on!
So, for as long as it takes I will see if I can get a good result of not having my hands in my face - My friend will also try this and we will keep watch over each other so non of us have our hands in our faces haha!
I really hope that I can get a good result out of it, and even if it won't work for me don't hesitate to try it yourself; given we all have different kinds on skin it is not for sure that we'll get the same result :]
I will post a update about this in two weeks and we'll see how things gone c:
